The best homemade Bagels! Higher in protein, lower in calories, and so easy to make. They come out soft and fluffy every time!


Ingredients (7)

  • ·cup flour
  • ·cup fat free greek yogurt
  • ·tsp baking powder
  • ·tsp salt
  • ·tsp garlic powder
  • ·egg
  • ·everything bagel seasoning or sesame seeds

Instructions

    Mix flour, greek yogurt, baking powder, salt, and garlic powder.

    Form dough into four balls and shape into bagels. Add a little more flour on your hands if dough is sticky.

    Brush with egg wash, sprinkle everything seasoning.

    Bake at 375°F for about 25 to 30 minutes.
