A delicious carrot salad rich in beta-carotene, often referred to as 'retinol salad' for its skin benefits.


Ingredients (9)

  • ·tablespoons Olive oil
  • ·tablespoon Lemon juice
  • ·tablespoon Allulose
  • ·tablespoon Whole grain mustard
  • ·tablespoon Soy sauce
  • ·tablespoon Sesame oil
  • ·tablespoon Garlic
  • ·Spring onion

    Thinly slice the carrot using a peeler (ribbon cut).

    Gently press down on the carrot with your hands.

    Add 2 tablespoons of olive oil, 1 tablespoon of lemon juice, 1 tablespoon of allulose, 1/2 tablespoon of whole grain mustard, 0.5-1 tablespoon of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of sesame oil, and 1/2 tablespoon of minced garlic.
