A delicious and healthy low carb pasta salad packed with plant-based protein and fresh veggies.

  • ยทoz Kaizen Lowcarb Pasta
  • ยทhead green cabbage
  • ยทpieces persian cucumbers
  • ยทhandful chives
  • ยทsmall shallot
  • ยทpieces garlic cloves
  • ยทhandful fresh basil
  • ยทcup walnuts
  • ยทcup olive oil
  • ยทpieces lemons
  • ยทtablespoons nutritional yeast
  • ยทtablespoons rice vinegar
  • ยทpinches salt

    Boil an 8oz bag of Kaizen Lowcarb Pasta in a large pot of salted water for 8.5 minutes. Rinse well and let cool.

    Finely chop half a green cabbage, 4 persian cucumbers, and a handful of chives. Add to a bowl.

    For the dressing, blend 1 small shallot, 2 garlic cloves, a handful of chives, a handful of fresh basil, 1/3 cup walnuts, 1/3 cup olive oil, juice from 2 lemons, 3 tablespoons nutritional yeast, 3 tablespoons rice vinegar, and a couple pinches of salt until creamy.

    Add the dressing to the bowl, toss the salad together, and enjoy!
