Smoked Salmon Cream Stew

Mince the garlic, dice the onion, halve the mushrooms, cut the carrot into small pieces, cut the potato into large pieces, and halve the cauliflower.

In a pot, melt the butter, add the onion and minced garlic to sauté until fragrant, then add the carrot and mushrooms and stir-fry slightly. Next, add the flour and cook until there is no white powder visible.

Add the chicken broth and potato, bring to a boil, cover, and simmer on low heat for 20 minutes. Then add the cauliflower and cook for an additional 5 minutes.

Uncover, add the heavy cream, salt, and black pepper, then add the smoked salmon cut into large pieces, stir well, and it's done!
