Stuffed Orange Ice Cream

Ingredients (5)
- ·pieces oranges
- ·cup sugar
- ·tsp Tang powder
- ·orange food color
- ·cup whipping cream

Cut the top of the oranges and carefully remove the pulp.

Remove seeds AND remove the pulp skin (membrane). Use only the soft orange pulp/juice.

Cook the pulp with 1/4 cup sugar, 2 tsp Tang powder, and a pinch of orange food color. Cook a little until it thickens slightly.

Let this orange mixture cool completely.

Whip 1 cup whipping cream until fluffy.

Mix the cooled orange mixture into the whipped cream.

Fill the empty orange shells with the mixture.

Add a little orange compote on top for design.
