  • ·tsp turmeric
  • ·salt
  • ·tsp lemon juice
  • ·tsp shahjeera
  • ·green cardamom
  • ·small cinnamon stick
  • ·cloves
  • ·tbsp red chilli powder
  • ·tsp coriander powder
  • ·tsp pepper powder
  • ·tsp garam masala
  • ·tbsp oil
  • ·large onion
  • ·tbsp ginger-garlic paste
  • ·curry leaves
  • ·green chillies
  • ·fresh coriander
  • ·tsp kasuri methi

    Marinate prawns with turmeric, salt & lemon – rest 10 mins

    Heat oil → add shahjeera, elachi, cinnamon & cloves (let aroma release)

    Add curry leaves + green chillies

    Add onions → sauté till golden brown

    Add ginger-garlic paste → cook till oil separates

    Add all dry masalas → roast on low flame

  7. 7

    Add prawns → high flame toss

    Cook

    Finish with kasuri methi / coriander
