Chicken Barra
Juicy, smoky, and packed with flavours! Made with simple ingredients and air-fried to perfection.

- ·tsp salt
- ·tsp coriander powder
- ·tsp garam masala
- ·unit lemon juice
- ·cloves garlic cloves
- ·inch ginger
- ·units green chilies
- ·units cashews
- ·tbsp curd (yogurt)
- ·cup brown onion (fried onions)
- ·tbsp coriander leaves
- ·tbsp water
- ·tsp ghee
- ·unit onion rings
- ·tbsp cream
- ·tbsp butter
- ·tsp chaat masala
- ·unit lemon juice

Take 500g chicken and add 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp coriander powder, 1/2 tsp garam masala, and the juice of 1 lemon. Mix well and set aside.

Blend 6-7 garlic cloves, 1-inch ginger piece, 3-4 green chilies, 10 cashews, 3 tbsp curd, 1/4 cup brown onion, 2 tbsp coriander leaves, and 2-3 tbsp water until smooth.

Apply the blended paste generously over the marinated chicken and let it sit for at least 30 minutes to absorb the flavors.

Heat a piece of coal until it is red hot. Place it in a small bowl, drizzle 1 tsp ghee over the coal, and quickly cover the chicken to infuse the smoky aroma.

Air fry the chicken in air fryer at 180°C (350°F) for 20 minutes, flipping it halfway through for even cooking.

Garnish with onion rings, 1 tbsp cream, 1 tbsp butter, 1/2 tsp chaat masala, fresh coriander leaves, and a squeeze of lemon juice.
