Air Fryer Chicken Bharta

- ·tbsp ginger-garlic paste
- ·tsp turmeric powder
- ·tsp Kashmiri chili powder
- ·Salt
- ·tsp mustard oil
- ·tsp mustard oil

- ·fresh green chili
- ·dry red chilies
- ·curry leaves
- ·small, finely chopped onion
- ·tbsp, chopped coriander leaves
- ·juice lemon
- ·tsp chaat masala

In a bowl, marinate the chicken with ginger-garlic paste, salt, turmeric, Kashmiri chili powder, and 2 tsp mustard oil.

Air fry at 200°C for 15 minutes, shaking halfway, until golden brown and crispy.

Add garlic cloves, sliced onion, green chili, dry red chilies, curry leaves, and 1 tsp mustard oil into the air fryer. Mix well and cook for another 6–7 minutes.

Transfer everything to a plate and allow to cool slightly. Using your hands (wear gloves if needed), crush the chicken and aromatics into fine shreds.

Mix in chopped onion, coriander leaves, lemon juice, and chaat masala.

Serve hot with steamed rice and papad.
