A delicious recipe for Vietnamese spring rolls filled with pork and shrimp.

- ·lbs ground pork
- ·lbs shrimp
- ·cup bean thread noodle
- ·cup wood ear mushrooms
- ·cup shredded carrot
- ·cup diced jicama
- ·egg
- ·tablespoon garlic salt
- ·tablespoon onion powder
- ·tablespoon sugar
- ·teaspoon ground pepper
- ·teaspoon msg
- ·pk spring rolls wrap

Mix all filling ingredients well and refrigerate until ready to wrap.

When making spring rolls filling, avoid ingredients that have a lot of liquid like cabbage and onion. Too many eggs will also make the filling too wet.

Add filling on the corner of the spring roll wrap. Roll halfway, fold in the two sides, roll all the way to the end and seal with egg wash.

Preheat oil to 400°F. Fry for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.

For stove frying, set temperature to 375°F.

Remove rolls onto a cooling rack.
