Simple Egg Pulav and Masala Prawns Curry
A delicious combination of egg pulav and spicy masala prawns curry, perfect for a hearty meal.

Soak the rice in water for at least 20 minutes.

In a pot, add soaked rice and hot water, and cook until rice is done.

In a separate pan, heat oil and add pulav spices (elachi, cloves, cinnamon, shajeera, pepper corns, star anise, bay leaf, onion, mint leaves, coriander leaves, kasuri methi, curry leaves, green chillies, and ginger garlic paste).

Stir and cook until fragrant.

Add the eggs and cook until they are set.

For the masala prawns, boil the prawns with salt and turmeric powder for 10 minutes.

In another pan, add oil and cook onion, elachi, cloves, cinnamon, ginger garlic, and tomatoes until soft.

Add cashew, chilli powder, turmeric powder, and salt, and blend into a smooth paste.

Cook the paste on medium flame, stirring continuously until the oil separates.

Add the boiled prawns and a little water, and cook on low flame for 15 minutes.

Serve the masala prawns with the egg pulav.
