  • ·ml soy sauce
  • ·ml Chinese cooking wine
  • ·tsp salt
  • ·tsp black pepper
  • ·g cornstarch/cornflour
  • ·tsp baking soda/bi carb
  • ·shallots
  • ·garlic cloves
  • ·g broccoli florets
  • ·g day old cooked jasmine rice
  • ·ml soy sauce
  • ·tbsp oyster sauce
  • ·tsp sesame oil
  • ·g sweetener
  • ·g chilli crisp
  • ·tsp white pepper
  • ·sesame seeds
  • ·crispy onions
  • ·chilli flakes

    Mix and marinate the beef with soy sauce, Chinese cooking wine, salt, black pepper, cornstarch, and baking soda for 20 minutes.

    Dice the shallots and garlic.

    Par-boil the broccoli florets for 45-60 seconds.

    In a large pan, stir-fry the marinated beef until cooked through.

    Add the diced shallots and garlic to the pan and sauté until fragrant.

    Add the par-boiled broccoli and day old cooked jasmine rice to the pan.

    Stir in soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, sweetener, chilli crisp, and white pepper.
