High Protein Beef & Broccoli Fried Rice

- ·ml Chinese cooking wine
- ·tsp salt
- ·tsp black pepper
- ·g cornstarch/cornflour
- ·tsp baking soda/bi carb
- ·shallots
- ·garlic cloves
- ·g broccoli florets
- ·g day old cooked jasmine rice
- ·ml soy sauce
- ·tbsp oyster sauce
- ·tsp sesame oil
- ·g sweetener
- ·g chilli crisp
- ·tsp white pepper
- ·sesame seeds
- ·crispy onions
- ·chilli flakes
Instructions

Mix and marinate the beef with soy sauce, Chinese cooking wine, salt, black pepper, cornstarch, and baking soda for 20 minutes.

Dice the shallots and garlic.

Par-boil the broccoli florets for 45-60 seconds.

In a large pan, stir-fry the marinated beef until cooked through.

Add the diced shallots and garlic to the pan and sauté until fragrant.

Add the par-boiled broccoli and day old cooked jasmine rice to the pan.

Stir in soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, sweetener, chilli crisp, and white pepper.

Mix well and cook for a few more minutes until everything is heated through.
