Crispy and delicious bhajiyas made with minimal oil, perfect for guilt-free snacking.


Ingredients (10)

  • ยทpieces Large onions
  • ยทcup Grated carrot
  • ยทtbsp Chopped coriander
  • ยทpieces Green chillies
  • ยทcup Besan
  • ยทSalt
  • ยทtsp Haldi powder
  • ยทtsp Red chilli powder
  • ยทtbsp Water
  • ยทAjwain (optional)

    Chop the large onions and green chillies.

    In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped onions, grated carrot, chopped coriander, green chillies, besan, salt, haldi powder, red chilli powder, and water.

    Mix well to form a batter, adding minimal water to achieve the right consistency.

    Preheat the air fryer.

  5. 5

    Air fry the mixture without any oil for about 3 minutes.

  6. 6

    Brush very little oil on top of the bhajiya mixture.

  7. 7

    Air fry for another 5 minutes, then flip and cook for another 3 to 4 minutes until crispy.
