Crispy and delicious bhajiyas made with minimal oil, perfect for guilt-free snacking.
Ingredients (10)
- ยทpieces Large onions
- ยทcup Grated carrot
- ยทtbsp Chopped coriander
- ยทpieces Green chillies
- ยทcup Besan
- ยทSalt
- ยทtsp Haldi powder
- ยทtsp Red chilli powder
- ยทtbsp Water
- ยทAjwain (optional)

Chop the large onions and green chillies.

In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped onions, grated carrot, chopped coriander, green chillies, besan, salt, haldi powder, red chilli powder, and water.

Mix well to form a batter, adding minimal water to achieve the right consistency.

Preheat the air fryer.

Air fry the mixture without any oil for about 3 minutes.

Brush very little oil on top of the bhajiya mixture.

Air fry for another 5 minutes, then flip and cook for another 3 to 4 minutes until crispy.
