- ·kg Chicken Breast cubes
- ·tbs Yogurt
- ·tbs fresh garlic/ginger paste
- ·tsp salt
- ·tsp Kashmiri chilli powder
- ·tsp turmeric
- ·tbs Fenugreek leaves
- ·tbs Mumtaz Tandoori Masala
- ·tbs Mumtaz Ghee
- ·cup chopped green chillies
- ·Freshly chopped coriander
- ·tbs tomato puree
- ·Fresh lemon juice
- ·red onions
Instructions

Marinade chicken and set aside.

On a pan, heat ghee and add the sliced onions. Sauté until golden brown.

Add the marinated chicken, stir, cover and cook on medium heat for 20 minutes.

Stir occasionally, simmer and garnish with fresh coriander and chillies.
