Paneer Tikka with Laccha Pyaaz and Green Chutney

- ยทcup Hung Curd
- ยทtsp Coriander powder
- ยทtsp Jeera powder
- ยทtsp Chaat masala

- ยทtsp Lemon

Heat 1 tbsp of hot oil in a bowl.

Add 2-3 tsp of red chilli powder and 2 tbsp of besan, and mix well.

Incorporate 1/2 cup of hung curd, 2 tsp of coriander powder, 1 tsp of jeera powder, 1.5 tsp of chaat masala, and salt to taste.

Add 2 green chillies, a handful of coriander, 1 tsp of dried kasuri methi, and 1 tbsp of ginger garlic paste, and mix well.

Add cubed tomato, onion, capsicum, and 400g of paneer, mix well and let it rest for 10-15 minutes.

Soak the sticks for skewering.

Insert the marinated mixture onto the skewers as shown in the video.

Apply oil to the griller and grill the skewers, applying melted butter after grilling.

For Laccha pyaaz, mix 1 onion ring, 1/2 tsp of red chilli powder, salt to taste, 1 tsp of butter, 1 tsp of lemon, and coriander.

For green chutney, grind a handful of mint and coriander, 5-6 garlic cloves, 2 green chillies, 2-3 tsp of curd, salt to taste, 1/2 tsp of chaat masala, and some ice cubes.

Serve the paneer tikka with Laccha pyaaz and green chutney.
