    For Restaurant Style Light Green Chutney, mix the prepared green chutney with dahi and whisk till smooth with chaat masala and extra salt.

    For Teekhi Hari Chutney, blend coriander, mint leaves, garlic, onion, ginger, green chillies, lemon juice, pink salt, salt, and peeled raw mango with water to adjust the consistency.
