A delicious and easy high protein meal with crispy beef filling in wholemeal pitta.

- ยทmedium onion
- ยทgarlic cloves
- ยทfresh chopped coriander/cilantro
- ยทfinely chopped green chillies
- ยทtsp smoked paprika
- ยทtsp black pepper
- ยทtsp cayenne
- ยทtsp salt
- ยทslices sliced pittas
- ยทcooking spray
- ยทg 0% Greek yoghurt
- ยทg light mayo
- ยทlemon lemon juice
- ยทtsp honey
- ยทtsp garlic powder
- ยทsalt

In a bowl, mix together the lean ground beef, finely diced onion, minced garlic, chopped coriander/cilantro, chopped green chillies, smoked paprika, black pepper, cayenne, and salt to create the meat filling.

Take the sliced pittas and fill each with the beef mixture.

Spray a pan with cooking spray and toast the filled pittas for 2-3 minutes on each side until crispy and the meat is cooked through.

For the garlic white sauce, mix together the Greek yoghurt, light mayo, lemon juice, honey, garlic powder, and salt in a bowl.
