  • ·cloves garlic
  • ·Tbsp white sesame seeds
  • ·tsp salt
  • ·tsp granulated sugar
  • ·Tbsp sesame oil
  • ·tsp Doenjang (Korean soybean paste)

    Boil a pot of water, add the spinach stems and cook until soft, then add the spinach leaves and cook until soft.

    Transfer the spinach to the cold water, then squeeze as much moisture out of the spinach.

    Transfer the spinach to a bowl. Add the minced garlic, white sesame seeds and all seasonings, then mix well.
