Instant Pot Butter Chicken Pasta
A delicious and creamy butter chicken pasta made in an Instant Pot, perfect for a quick and satisfying meal.
Ingredients (14)
- ·lb chicken breast
- ·package pasta
- ·to cover the pasta water
- ·neutral oil
- ·onion
- ·tablespoon ginger garlic paste
- ·chicken bouillon cube
- ·tsp salt
- ·tablespoons Butter Chicken Masala
- ·tsp red chili powder
- ·tablespoons tomato paste
- ·cup heavy cream
- ·Mozzarella cheese
- ·cilantro or parsley

Cut the chicken breast into small cubes.

In the Instant Pot, add neutral oil and sauté the chopped onion until translucent.

Add ginger garlic paste and cook for another minute.

Add the chicken cubes and cook until they are no longer pink.

Stir in the chicken bouillon cube, salt, Butter Chicken Masala, and red chili powder.

Add the tomato paste and mix well.

Pour enough water to cover the pasta and add the pasta.
