In a pot, add 6 cups of water and use kelp or anchovy to make the broth. Boil for about 15 minutes.

Cut tofu, onion, potato, zucchini, green onion, and chili pepper into bite-sized pieces.

In the broth, dissolve 2 tablespoons of soybean paste.

Add the potato first and boil for 2 minutes.

Then add onion and zucchini.

Add 1/2 tablespoon of garlic, green onion, and chili pepper, and boil a little longer.

Taste the stew and adjust seasoning by adding more soybean paste if needed.

Before turning off the heat, add the tofu and 1/2 tablespoon of chili powder, and boil for an additional 30 seconds.
