- ·g Italian Tuna in Olive Oil
- ·cup olives
- ·tablespoons capers
- ·cup cherry tomatoes
- ·(to serve) fresh parsley or basil
- ·(to serve) lemon wedges
- ·tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- ·tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- ·heaped teaspoon Dijon mustard
- ·tablespoon honey
- ·teaspoon cracked black pepper
- ·teaspoon salt

Boil the baby chat potatoes until tender, then halve them.
