  • ·soft-boiled eggs
  • ·bunch radishes
  • ·g Italian Tuna in Olive Oil
  • ·cup olives
  • ·tablespoons capers
  • ·cup cherry tomatoes
  • ·(to serve) fresh parsley or basil
  • ·(to serve) lemon wedges
  • ·tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
  • ·tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • ·heaped teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • ·tablespoon honey
  • ·teaspoon cracked black pepper
  • ·teaspoon salt

    Boil the baby chat potatoes until tender, then halve them.
