Marinate the soya chaap with hung curd, smoked chilli powder, onion powder, garlic powder, white pepper powder, and salt. Let it sit for a while.

In a separate bowl, mix maida, rice flour, smoked chilli powder, onion powder, garlic powder, white pepper powder, oregano, and salt to create the dry mix.

Dip the marinated soya chaap in ice water and then coat it with the dry mix.
