Marinate the boneless chicken thighs with Italian mixed herbs, black pepper, salt, minced garlic, and olive oil. Massage the mixture evenly and refrigerate for 10-20 minutes.

Prepare the fruit salsa by dicing the cherry tomatoes, kiwi, and mango. Mix them together and drizzle with lemon juice, black pepper, salt, and olive oil. Refrigerate.

Place the chicken thighs skin-side down in the air fryer and cook at 180°C for 12 minutes.

Flip the chicken thighs and cook at 200°C for 3 minutes. Then activate the 'Crispy' function, which will increase the temperature to 230°C for an additional 2 minutes to achieve a crispy skin.
