- ·tbsp vegetable oil

- ·red chilies
- ·cups fresh basil leaves

- ·tbsp oyster sauce
- ·tbsp dark soy sauce
- ·tbsp fish sauce
- ·tbsp brown sugar
- ·cup water or broth

Boil rice noodles according to package directions until just tender. Drain and set aside.
