- ·cup cherry tomatoes

- ·red onion
- ·cup feta cheese
- ·fresh parsley or mint
- ·cup Greek yogurt
- ·small clove garlic
- ·tsp lemon juice

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add onion and sauté until soft, about 3–4 minutes.

Add garlic, cumin, coriander, paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper; cook 1 minute until fragrant.

Add ground beef and cook until browned and cooked through, breaking up large pieces, about 6–8 minutes. Drain excess fat if necessary.
