  • ·tbsp butter
  • ·garlic clove
  • ·tbsp flour
  • ·cup heavy cream
  • ·cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ·cup shredded sharp cheddar
  • ·tbsp Parmesan cheese
  • ·salt
  • ·pepper
  • ·fresh parsley

    Slice the tops off the bread boules and scoop out the center. Lightly toast them at 375°F for 5–7 minutes to keep them crisp.

    In a skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic. Add flour to make a quick roux, then whisk in cream. Stir in all the cheeses and season with salt and pepper.
