Loaded Philly Cheesesteak Fries
Delicious loaded fries topped with seasoned steak, sautéed vegetables, and melted cheese.
Ingredients (12)
- ·lb French fries
- ·lb beef steak (ribeye or sirloin)
- ·tbsp olive oil
- ·small onion
- ·small green bell pepper
- ·tsp garlic powder
- ·tsp paprika
- ·salt
- ·black pepper
- ·cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ·cup shredded cheddar cheese
- ·chopped parsley or chives
Instructions

Cook the French fries according to package instructions or fry until golden and crispy. Set aside.

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add sliced steak, season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Cook until browned and tender.

Add onions and green bell peppers to the skillet. Sauté until softened and slightly caramelized.

Spread the cooked fries on a serving plate or oven-safe dish.
