Preheat oven to 400 F.

Wash the carrots and cut them, if desired, removing the stems.

Season the carrots with olive oil, honey, cumin, paprika, cinnamon, sea salt, and black pepper.

Fully coat the carrots in the seasoning blend.

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and transfer the carrots to the baking sheet, spreading them out evenly.

Roast the carrots for 25-30 minutes, until fork tender, tossing them halfway through.

While the carrots are roasting, prepare the whipped feta by adding feta cheese, Greek yogurt, lemon juice, olive oil, and garlic to a food processor.
