Delicious pita wraps filled with marinated lemon chicken and fresh tzatziki sauce.

  • ·tbsp olive oil
  • ·lemon lemon zest
  • ·lemon lemon juice
  • ·cloves garlic
  • ·tsp dried oregano
  • ·tsp paprika
  • ·tsp ground cumin
  • ·tsp salt
  • ·tsp black pepper
  • ·cup plain Greek yogurt
  • ·cucumber cucumber
  • ·tbsp lemon juice
  • ·tbsp olive oil
  • ·small clove garlic
  • ·salt
  • ·tbsp fresh dill or parsley
  • ·pita breads or flatbreads
  • ·cup chopped romaine or mixed greens
  • ·cup cherry tomatoes
  • ·cup red onion
  • ·cup crumbled feta cheese
  • ·sliced cucumbers or olives

    Marinate the Chicken: In a bowl, whisk olive oil, lemon zest, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper. Add chicken and toss to coat. Marinate for at least 30 minutes (up to 12 hours for best flavor).

    Cook the Chicken: Grill over medium heat for 5–6 minutes per side, or heat a pan over medium-high heat and cook 6–7 minutes per side, or bake at 400°F (205°C) for 20–25 minutes. Let rest 5 minutes, then slice thinly.
