- ยทcup breadcrumbs
- ยทlarge egg
- ยทtbsp milk
- ยทcup grated Parmesan cheese
- ยทtsp garlic powder
- ยทtsp salt
- ยทtsp black pepper
- ยทtbsp olive oil
- ยทoz mushrooms
- ยทcup chopped onion
- ยทcloves garlic
- ยทcups beef broth
- ยทcup heavy cream
- ยทtbsp Worcestershire sauce
- ยทtbsp chopped fresh parsley

In a bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, milk, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix gently until just combined.

Roll mixture into 1-inch meatballs.

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Brown meatballs on all sides, working in batches if necessary. Remove meatballs from skillet and set aside.

Add mushrooms and onion to the same skillet and cook until softened and lightly browned, about 5-7 minutes. Add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute more until fragrant.

Pour in beef broth and Worcestershire sauce, scraping up any browned bits from the bottom of the skillet. Bring to a simmer.

Return meatballs to the skillet. Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 20 minutes, or until meatballs are cooked through.

Stir in heavy cream and simmer uncovered for an additional 5 minutes, until sauce has thickened.
