- ·salt
- ·black pepper
- ·garlic powder
- ·smoked paprika
- ·tbsp olive oil
- ·tbsp butter
- ·cloves garlic
- ·cup heavy cream
- ·cup whole milk
- ·cups grated parmesan cheese
- ·cups fresh spinach
- ·parsley
- ·red pepper flakes
- ·cracked black pepper
Instructions

Boil tortellini according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

Season steak with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika.

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sear steak for 3–5 minutes until browned and cooked to your liking. Remove and set aside.

In the same skillet, melt butter. Add garlic and cook 1 minute until fragrant.

Pour in heavy cream and milk, simmering 3–4 minutes until slightly thickened. Stir in parmesan until smooth.

Stir in fresh spinach until wilted. Return steak and tortellini to the skillet, tossing gently to coat everything in the creamy sauce.
