  • ·cloves garlic
  • ·cup heavy cream
  • ·cup whole milk
  • ·cups grated parmesan cheese
  • ·cups fresh spinach
  • ·parsley
  • ·red pepper flakes
  • ·cracked black pepper

    Boil tortellini according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
